EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE:
I have lived experience, I’m a mentor through ANAD, volunteer with EDRC and I’m also Carolyn Costin Institute certified.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that full recovery from an eating disorder is possible, and I support clients in the here and now—focusing on present behaviors, choices, and patterns. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that each person’s recovery path is unique.
While I don’t explore past trauma in my coaching, I do approach clients with sensitivity to the ways their experiences may impact how they relate to food, body, and self. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded, where clients can practice new ways of thinking and being.
I also bring lived experience with both chronic illness and eating disorder recovery, which helps me connect with clients in a real and understanding way. My role isn’t to “fix” anyone, but to walk alongside them as they reclaim their lives and values beyond the eating disorder.
FEES: Sliding Scale, Venmo or Zelle, N/A
I also am a coach with lived experience with chronic illness and can support individuals that have chronic conditions, allergies or sensitivities while also navigating eating disorder recovery. I work with treatment teams, and must have one treating professional (pcp, therapist, psych, dietician, med doc).
