TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: ED behaviors are maintained by circumstances in an individual’s environment and/or the reinforcers/outcomes of the behavior. I work with clients to help them learn new behavioral skills to meet goals of eliminating ED and other dysregulated behaviors.

Yes, I believe it is possible to recover from an eating disorder. I define recovery as eliminating eating disordered behaviors (actions & thoughts).
