EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: For 115 years, Rogers Behavioral Health has been a leading not-for-profit, private provider of specialized mental health and addiction services for adults, teens, children and families. At our San Francisco East Bay clinic, Rogers provides gold-standard treatment for OCD, Depression, and Trauma Recovery for children, adolescents, and adults. Nationally, Rogers provides treatment in Wisconsin and eight other states, making it one of the largest providers of specialty behavioral healthcare in the nation. Our team is backed by strong medical and clinical leadership in a private, non-academic setting. Across the United States, we have a medical staff of more than 180 including more than 100 psychiatrists, 60 of which are board-certified psychiatrists, and 50 psychologists. They are specialists in mental health and addiction, and partner with a premier multidisciplinary group of behavioral specialists, nurses, therapists, and dietitians.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: At Rogers Behavioral Health, patients learn how to apply the tools and skills they need to give them the best chance of full recovery. We use an intensive model of evidence-based care that has been effective for thousands of patients. Family involvement is a key part of treatment, and in many programs, we offer Parent University, helping parents gain much needed skills in supporting their child’s recovery. Rogers provides significant individual treatment throughout all levels of care in addition to group therapy. A multidisciplinary team of experts guides the care. Physicians oversee all treatment planning, and work with experts in every field—psychiatry, medicine, nursing, psychology, social work, nutrition, experiential therapy— to ensure each part of the plan contributes to overall success.
