TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I feel that the optimal treatment for children and adolescents with eating disorders is to start with nutritional rehabilitation while keeping them engaged in their regular lives as much as possible.

Yes, I do believe it is possible to recover from an eating disorder and I define it as being physically healthy, able to maintain weight within a healthy range while engaging in a normal level of activity, and eating disorder thoughts and worries reduced to a level where they don’t have a significant impact on functioning or mood.
