EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I was trained in Canada as a Registered Dietitian that worked at a world renowned eating disorder program. I have worked at all levels of care including residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient. I have worked in eating disorders for over 25 years.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I believe in a non diet approach seeing all food are good in moderation. I like to start people working from where they are at in their recovery and working together to get them to a full recovery from their eating disorder.
