EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I am FBT certified, and I have led treatment teams for adolescents at the outpatient, partial hospital, and inpatient levels of care. I can provide both therapy and medication management.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:I use an FBT-informed approach with adolescents and young adults. I use aspects of CBT and psychodynamic principles with many clients as well. Generally, I try to help patients focus on regulating their nutrition before deeply exploring underlying psychological issues. As an MD-therapist, I can provide the psychological treatments that some clients need while also medically monitoring them.
