TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I approach my work from a strengths-based perspective, to support my clients with the task of drawing from their own innate strengths and lived wisdom to move towards healing and personal growth. I also honor the vulnerabilities we all hold, and aim to support each client in finding new strengths, connections, and skills that may move them into a more fulfilling, balanced life.

I prioritize being an inclusive and affirming therapist who provides compassionate care to people across all spectrums of identities, including LGBTQIA+ folk and people of color. I invite clients to explore their intersecting identities and sociocultural experiences within the context of the reality they live in and the world at large.

I approach my work from a trauma-informed perspective to create a safe, healing place for all clients. I am currently advancing my training in the treatment of trauma to provide evidence-based treatment for PTSD and complex trauma.

I work with clients from a holistic approach to therapy through exploration of psychological, emotional, spiritual and relational aspects of life. I hold a strengths-based perspective and am grounded in family systems, psychodynamic, attachment, and relational theory, as well as findings within the neuropsychology field. I see the therapeutic relationship as an essential tool for healing, and place great focus on empowering individuals and families to connect and heal with their own strengths and skills.
