TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I counsel using an individualized, non-diet approach, aiming to meet the client exactly where they are. My style is warm and non-judgmental. I work alongside my clients on small, consistent changes aligned with their personal goals and simply realistic for daily living. I counsel clients on challenging the core issues that hide behind disordered eating behaviors. With my approach, clients feel empowered and confident in reaching their goals.

I believe recovery is a journey towards…a healthy relationship with food, fostering non-restrictive, balanced eating. It encompasses a healthy perspective and understanding of weight and their body. Recovery embraces healthier coping strategies instead of disordered eating behaviors or thoughts.
