EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: Equip’s providers are all employees who have been licensed as required by their states, are trained by Equip, are HAES-informed, and receive weekly supervision to provide each family with comprehensive care. Our therapists are trained in Family-Based Treatment, CBT, and DBT. All of our providers come from a diverse background across ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, abilities, and body sizes. TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder has access to treatment that works.
