TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: It is my goal to develop relationships and build trust to impact and motivate realistic behavior change for patients and their families. I believe in treating the whole person, and am passionate about nutrition counseling around one’s relationship with food.

I think it is possible to recover from an eating disorder. Recovery is finding a place of balance and peace in both in your life and in your relationship with food that allows you to spend time on the activities, relationships, and experiences that contribute to a thriving life.
