EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I have a masters degree is counseling psychology. I was trained at the UC San Diego Eating Disorders Center and most recently spent the past year working for Equip Health. I utilize FBT to treat adolescent patients and CBT/DBT to treat my adult patients. I have a special interest in working with AN-R and ARFID.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I believe in empowering the parents through FBT to challenge the ED and help their child find freedom from their disorder. I am collaborative and compassionate while pushing my families and patients towards active recovery.
