EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I began my career in treating eating disorders at New Dawn Treatment Center in Sausalito. I now work exclusively with Autistic clients many of whom require eating disorder treatment. I am trained in and use the following modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Somatic-focused therapy, attachment focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: The treatment I offer is mindfulness-based and person-centered with a strong foundation in DBT and ACT.
