EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: Bryan completed his dietetic internship and LEAH fellowship at two Harvard teaching hospitals, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital. He earned a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from UCSF and has co-authored a landmark paper on Family-Based Treatment informed nutrition therapy. Bryan has practiced at Stanford Children’s Health and now works at Stanford University. He is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has completed Applied Compassion Ambassador training through C-CARES at Stanford. He continually participates in supervision and training as part of his role at Bay Area Nutrition.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: Bryan’s practice is centered on providing a brave space for intersectional and inclusive nutrition practice, where his clients can be curious, reconnect, and thrive through lifelong food and body skills that can eventually be shared with friends and family.
