EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I provide individual therapy to teen girls and adult women with eating disorders, including AN, BN, BED, and unspecified ED. I also provide emotion focused family therapy for families of teens in recovery. I support FBT/Maudsley, HAES, intuitive eating, and also practice openness to new ways to treat severe and enduring eating disorders. I also have expertise in treating sexual trauma.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I come from a psychodynamic background and lean more toward interpersonal and psychodynamic style rather than CBT or ACT. I highly value the patient’s innate strengths.
