EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: Ashley is a graduate of Drexel University’s Master of Family Therapy program specializing in cultural diversity, social justice theory, and evidence-informed practices. She interned at Friends Hospital and NorthEast Treatment Centers in Philadelphia, Center for Discovery and Reasons Eating Disorder Center in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has served clients and families struggling with eating disorders, co-occurring mood disorders, acute psychiatric issues, and trauma in hospital, residential, day treatment, and outpatient settings. Ashley trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which focuses on connection, attachment, and emotions to heal relationships.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: Ashley’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, personalized, and feedback-informed, integrating clients’ strengths and unique worldview.
