EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I trained at Beth Israel Deaconess and Boston Children’s Hospital, did an adolescent focused fellowship. I’ve worked at Stanford Children’s Hospital and Stanford University. Along the way I’ve picked up trainings on trauma informed care, BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ inclusive and intersectional care, and further eating disorder trainings in FBT. I have received training from C-CARES from Stanford on Applied Compassion, MB-EAT, Mindfulness based Eating Awareness Training from Kristeller and Lieberstein. I have 14+ years of experience in the eating disorder field.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I believe nutrition is about more than food—it’s about building self-compassion, resilience, and confidence. My approach combines counseling and coaching to support realistic, sustainable changes while honoring your unique identity and lived experience. Together, we move away from diet culture and toward a relationship with food that reflects your values and supports your whole well-being.
