EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: Masters of counseling from Sonoma State University, supervision for two years under therapists with a specialization in treating eating disorders utilizing somatic and trauma-informed modalities. Experienced with working with clients who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD and Autistic), Transgender, Queer, trauma survivors and/or clients struggling with eating disorders and weight stigma.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can safely reconnect to their body through art, mindfulness, movement, exploration of generational patterns and self-expression. I work from a trauma-informed, health at every size and decolonizing framework. I believe in foremost building the trust in the relationship, and then collaborating about the pace, style and goals together.
