EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: We attend regular trainings on EDRD Pro. We also get regular supervision with experts in the field of eating disorders. We trained with one of the largest organizations in the industry which has been a leader in the treatment of eating disorders. Now it’s time for us to start treating at the outpatient level of care and help those in our community who are struggling with an eating disorder.
Other info: We helped develop a local inpatient adolescent eating disorder program. We have also held the role of Program Director for a PHP and IOP program and worked as outpatient dietitians for programs.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: We whole heartedly believe that all bodies are good bodies and in the framework of Health at Every Size. We incorporate the principles of intuitive eating, nutrition science, and evidenced based treatment modalities. We provide education to the support system, utilizing a patient’s strengths. We maintain regular communication with our client’s treatment team to deliver the best possible care.
FEES: Cash, Credit Cards, Payment Plans, Sliding Scale, Personal Checks, Aetna Insurance
INSURANCE: Sliding scale is $100 per session. We have 5 spots available on our roster. We also accept insurance and are in network with Aetna. We can provide Superbills for insurance companies that we are out of network.
FURTHER INFORMATION: We can meet patients in person in Cupertino and Sacramento. We can also meet with patients virtually.
