EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from PGSP in 2018. I specialize in diagnosing and treating eating disorders in adolescents and adults. My training includes hospital settings as well as outpatient treatment environments. In addition to supporting individuals with disordered eating, is also work with clients who present with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I utilize several evidence based modalities when working with clients and do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I view myself as very relational and emotion focused, while also implementing aspects of CBT and DBT into my work with clients. I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor and greatly respect and value my client’s input throughout the therapy journey.
