EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: In the eating disorders portion of my practice, I work with adults and teens who are in active recovery from ED, are highly motivated to recover, or have histories of eating disorders. My ED clients usually have other conditions as well, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or difficulties in relationships. I take a HAES approach to working with clients in large bodies. I earned my PhD in Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, completed my pre-doctoral internship at Access Institute in San Francisco, and did post-doctoral work at Petaluma Health Center and in private practice.
