EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: My expertise is in the treatment of eating disorder, disordered eating, and chronic dieting. I have an MS in nutrition and am an RD. I have over 12 years of experience working in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. Additionally, I am a certified intuitive eating counselor.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I use a Health at Every Size approach with everyone I work with. My hope for everyone I come in contact with is to increase freedom and trust in their relationship with food.
