TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: I believe that we are all our own expert. We have the wisdom, knowing and ability within us, and my role as therapist is to help facilitate enough space and healing to reconnect with that inner knowing and wisdom. This process impacts our day to day lives with increased peace, sense of worth and capability. Curiosity and compassion are at the core of my work with clients.
