I have written two books which contain large chapters on eating disorders and food addiction and they explain my philosophy in detail, which is that eating disorders and food addiction are best addressed in a mind, body, and spirit approach.

I do believe it is possible to recover from an eating disorder. Recovery is the ability to live a life in which an eating disorder does not interfere with one’s overall happiness or wellness and that the ED is manageable.
