TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:

I believe recovery is possible. I think it is a process and may look different for each individual. It is often challenging and intense work to learn a different way of being; thus, I think it is crucial to have solid support around yourself. This includes committing to the difficult work with your therapist, dietitian, medical doctor, as well as friends and family. Change is scary but we never know how much better life could be if we don’t take a leap!
