EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: I have specialized training in eating disorders, including a postdoctoral fellowship in eating disorders at Stanford University School of Medicine. I am FBT certified and trained in a variety of specialized treatments for child, adolescent, and adult eating disorders.
I believe it is absolutely possible to fully recover from an eating disorder and live a life of meaning and purpose. My treatment approach addresses the whole person. Because every individual and family I see is unique I use interventions that have research support and are tailored to fit the unique needs of that client.
